A sound, agreed programme of works is essential for the successful progression of any size of project and we use industry standard software to achieve this. Our programming, based on years of experience will identify and negate most of the common problems associated with less well organised projects.

As well as providing our clients' with essential dates, not just start & end dates, but stages of completion and disruptive stages, it also provides the client and contractor with essential information for the ordering of items which traditionally take time to procure, the ability to arrange attendance dates with other trades in advance, dates that they must achieve in order for the project to maintain momentum and so on.

A robust programme will also assist with the inevitability of change - every action has a reaction and the impact of change can be seen immediately allowing quick re-planning saving time, effort and expense.

We offer our programming facility as a matter of course if we are engaged to undertake the role of Project Manager.

We can also review existing programmes and prepare programmes for those who choose to project manage themselves
