• Value engineer the design to free up capital and minimise any variations.

• Correctly value the work in progress and materials on site. 

• Negotiate stage payments with your builder.

• We can also prepare Bills of Quantities, priced or unpriced.

• Produce detailed breakdowns showing labour, plant and material costs
