Two storey from £750
Loft conversion, above 2 storeys from £999
   
New Homes  
To carry out a full site survey, prepare drawings and submit applications to your local authority for planning and building regulation approval, from: £2,500
   
Design work  
Designing for home extensions and new homes POA
   
Project Management POA
   
Project Costing
To prepare and price a full Bill of Quantities, from 1% of contract value.
