Our design, drawing and advice service helps clients' plan their project and helps them understand the Local Authority planning process. We always listen to our clients ideas and help them achieve their dreams and will will advise them of any potential problems.

Costs can be difficult to control if problems are not identified at the start. We will advise and endeavour to minimise hidden problems that most builders don’t want see.

Once we have your proposal drawn on computer it’s amazing what can be added and sometimes taken away. It is a process that can make you fully aware of what can and can’t be done within your budget. Once you see your floor plan or site plan for example and the space you have, you may well decide that your first ideas can be improved on.

Initially, we would visit your property and offer advise and a fee, this is all free of charge. If you decide to go ahead we would then carry out a detailed survey and prepare your drawings.

Once the drawings are completed, we then offer them to you for acceptance before submitting them to your local authority.

All drawings are of a professional standard and accurately drawn, with all the details that you and your local authority require.

They can include for example: 

• Detailed measurements

• Sockets and lighting positions for interior design 

• Kitchen & Bathroom layouts 

• Plumbing & Heating preferences 

• Building Specifications 

• External & Internal features

• Different outline views for discussion  

We can get involved as much or as little as you require, (but not all this detail is required for Planning and Building Regulation approval).
